My name is Mikaelan Niday and I am a student at Texas Woman’s University. I am studying Kinesiology (Exercise Science). I have spent my whole life playing sports, working out, and being active, not to mention I grew up with a personal trainer as a mother. I have struggled a lot through my college years with staying fit and eating healthy, and just taking care of my health in general. Recently, I have started figuring it all out and how to balance everything,which is why I have made this blog, to help you guys also figure out your balance. The name of my blog was decided because of my nickname, Mik, and because I thought it would be cool to give a little oxymoron between “McDonald’s” and “fitness.” This blog contains posts about struggles that college students and young busy adults have, my journey and experiences, and of course tips to help you all try to stay fit in your busy lives!
